Privacy Policy
How information submitted through this website is handled. Last updated 2026-10-29.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not set any cookie of its own. The only information it is designed to collect is what you choose to type into the inspection request form.
That form currently has no delivery destination configured, so at the time of writing it cannot transmit or store anything at all.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to this website, operated by First Coast Balcony Inspections. It describes what the website does. It does not describe what happens to information you give us by other means, such as a document handed over during an inspection.
What the website collects
Information you submit yourself
If you complete the inspection request form, the fields you fill in are collected. That can include:
- Your name, role, email address and phone number
- The association, community or company you are writing on behalf of
- The property address, city, ZIP code and property type
- Number of buildings, number of stories and approximate balcony count
- How balconies are accessed, the reason for the inspection and your desired timing
- Anything you type into the free-text field
- Any files you choose to attach
We ask you not to put confidential or sensitive personal information into the free-text field or the attachments. Send us the minimum needed to scope the work.
Information the website does not collect
- No analytics or measurement platform is installed on this site
- No advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels are present
- No cookies are set by this website
- No account, login or profile is created for you
- No information is sold, rented or traded to anyone, ever
Information collected automatically by the hosting provider
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages processes standard request information — your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This is handled by the hosting provider as part of operating the service.
The site is delivered by a third-party hosting provider, which processes that request information on our behalf in order to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse. Ask us and we will tell you who it is and point you to their terms.
Fonts loaded from a third party
This site loads the Manrope and Inter typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch those font files, and Google receives the standard request information described above as part of serving them. No cookie is set by this site to do so. If you would prefer no third-party request at all, the fonts can be self-hosted instead; this is noted as an option in the project's developer documentation.
How submitted information is used
We use what you submit only to:
- Understand the property well enough to prepare a scope and quote
- Reply to you about your request and ask follow-up questions
- Keep a record of what was requested and what was quoted
We do not use it for marketing lists, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.
Files you upload
File upload is optional. Where it is enabled, files are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection, limited by type and size, and re-checked on the server before being stored. Uploaded files are treated as part of your request record and are kept only as long as that record is kept.
Who else sees your information
Only the people who need it to respond to your request. We may use service providers — for example a website host, an email provider, or a form delivery service — who process information on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights.
How long it is kept
Request records are kept as long as needed to respond to the request and to maintain a reasonable business record of the work quoted or performed, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
- Ask what information about you we hold
- Ask us to correct something that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your request and any files you attached
- Ask us to stop contacting you
To make any of these requests, contact us by email at hightideinspections@gmail.com or by phone on (904) 806-7679. Tell us what you submitted and roughly when, so we can find it.
Children
This website is intended for property owners, boards and managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Do Not Track
Because this site performs no tracking, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. The site behaves identically either way.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described on the page rather than slipped in quietly.
This policy describes the website as currently built. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by counsel before launch — particularly the retention period, the named service providers and the privacy contact route.
